Yoga in the Park! Clothing swap! Intentional resting time in nature with the community.
Yoga Flow: 1:30 pm to 2:30 pm (arrive early to set up your space and ground yourself)
Clothing Swap: 2:30 pm to 3:00 pm (bring any unwanted clothes to swap with the community)
BYO yoga mat, props, and unwanted clothes
