Check out my Spotify playlist to get to know me & my inspirations for creating the Garden of Awareness.

Hello Beautiful Soul,
My name is Natalie Ventura

I am a holistic practitioner with a background in alternative healing, specifically in using ‘food as medicine’ based on Traditional Chinese Medicine and the practice of Yoga.

I have dedicated my time and focus toward a path of self-discovery and navigating my place in a world in crisis.

Through my experiences in my healing journey, I have connected with:

◌ my body by practicing the flowing movement of Yoga, and conscious eating.

◌ my intuition by accepting and embracing my emotions and holding space for them.

◌ the earth by surrounding myself in nature, flowing with the seasons, and expressing gratitude for the resources Mama Earth provides.

◌ Source Energy when I close my eyes and go inwards through the stillness of meditation.

Inspired by the ancient wisdom of Yoga and Traditional Chinese Medicine, I have discovered that by living intentionally with the mind, body, and soul, and with the cyclical flow of nature, one can embody the fullest expression of their soul, without distress from the mind, pain in the body, and disconnection from Source.

Through my studies, travels, and dedication to my health and healing journey, I found purpose in serving others and opening the gates of collective healing. My realizations have led me to believe that a world of peace begins at the individual level and spreads to communities, and I am dedicated to guiding others through their journeys in reverence to a world of higher vibrations.

My mission is to spread awareness to guide people back to self, back to soul, and back to Source.

I created Garden of Awareness to share resources and be of service to help individuals find balance and purpose in their lives and live free of illness, burnout, stress, and fear. With a commitment to communities of color- uplifting the collective from the cycles of generational trauma to a place of well-being. Change begins with having the necessary tools on one’s journey, and collective healing will guide our world into harmony.

It starts with one, for one seed is capable of creating an entire forest.
